GAIA is the place where Nature and Love meet. Here you will be heard fully and in truth. Here everything is important.
First, I completed a one-year course in Preventive and Healing Dietetics according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. I quickly felt that I want more and then I completed a 4-year school of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the guidance of Prof. Li Jie, as well as many other courses and workshops on Chinese Medicine with great teachers from Poland and abroad. Currently I continue my practice under the supervision of Prof. Li Jie. I am a student of Qi Lu School, one of 64 official schools of Classical Chinese Medicine.
My time with Chinese Medicine has given me the foundation to understand our bodies, how Nature has designed it perfectly, how the crops of the Earth are healing for us, how harmony can support us.
Total Biology/Psychobiology has also come into my life, exploring how emotions affect our bodies. This is another deep journey and I am learning more layers, bringing me closer to trusting, being fully within myself.... and watching how our body perfectly supports our path.
The EFT method has given me the tools to dive deeper, to free my body and mind from the emotions and thoughts that cause blockages in the body.
I pay a lot of attention to Women, their ailments are very close to me.... Treating the female body as a whole, listening to its voices, observing and reading what it needs to be close to itself... Being a woman myself, I know what kind of a journey I have gone through and I know how our bodies, emotions and needs are sensitive to care, to being taken care of in order to feel Unity in ourselves and with Gaia. I support Women in reclaiming themselves, their needs, listening to their melody, being in their power and at the same time being in trust...because this is my path too.
I practice massage Lomi lomi nui (Hawaiian Temple Massage) - for me it is an expression of unconditional love in relationship with another human being. This healing massage works on many levels, it brings deep relaxation and letting go on the emotional and energetic level, but also gives unique pleasure and relaxation...allows you to be with yourself in a space of love...and then miracles happen...
I also entered the world of Hellinger's Family Constallations as a way of looking at order in relationships, relationships, in the family. I saw how much liberation one can feel and realize only by looking at one's fate, at one's life more broadly, more deeply.
Everything in my life comes together.... The loving touch of the body in Lomi lomi nui and herbal therapy and feeding in harmony with nature and working with emotions, and Yin, and Yang, and being a Woman and it all has such an important connection.... I don't look for a name or a term for it anymore, I just go for what is now.... and what comes...
My work with others is first of all a natural gratitude for what I know and the opportunity to share it, to support and give what I myself have been discovering for several years.... It is my creation which takes different forms to show itself to the World...
It is primarily love for myself, intuition and trust in Nature ... therefore, I approach each very individually, each of us is unique ...
